Job Summary:
The Game Technician cum Electrician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of arcade, bowling, and amusement machines. This role requires both electrical and mechanical skills to ensure all games and equipment function smoothly and safely, providing the best customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical & Electrical Maintenance
Perform daily checks and preventive maintenance of arcade and bowling machines.
Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, and mechanical faults in gaming and amusement machines.
Replace or repair wiring, switches, sensors, and lighting systems.
Ensure proper functioning of motors, sensors, power supplies, and circuit boards.
Manage safe installation of new arcade machines and equipment.
Operational Support
Monitor machine performance during operational hours.
Respond promptly to machine breakdowns or power issues to minimize downtime.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the game and technical areas.
Calibrate machines to ensure fair gameplay and accurate scoring, especially bowling lanes.
Inventory & Documentation
Maintain logs of repairs, parts replacements, and preventive maintenance schedules.
Manage spare parts inventory and request replenishments when needed.
Coordinate with vendors for technical support or warranty service.
Safety & Compliance
Follow all electrical safety and company maintenance protocols.
Ensure all machines meet safety standards and regulations.
Support the team in maintaining a safe environment for customers and staff.
Qualifications & Skills:
ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
1–3 years of experience in arcade, amusement park, or bowling Centre maintenance preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for both electrical and electronic systems.
Basic knowledge of PLCs, sensors, and microcontroller-based circuits is an added advantage.
Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Good communication skills and customer-friendly attitude.
