We are looking for a dynamic and confident Pre-Sales Executive to join our Gurgaon team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospective clients, understand their requirements, and coordinate site visits effectively.
Engage with potential customers through calls, chats, and follow-ups.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable project options.
Coordinate and confirm client visits to project sites.
Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high conversion rates.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead flow.
Maintain daily call logs, follow-up reports, and CRM updates.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (multilingual ability will be an added advantage).
Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Good understanding of the real estate domain or eagerness to learn.
Ability to work from office and collaborate effectively with the team.
Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred: Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline).
