Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential leads for franchise expansion and product promotion

• Clearly communicate the Phuchkaman brand value, offerings, and business model

• Follow up on inquiries and maintain proper lead records

• Convert leads into prospects by effectively explaining franchise opportunities

• Coordinate with internal departments for lead nurturing and closures

• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets

• Handle basic customer service and query resolution via calls or WhatsApp

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or franchise calling

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, Bengali, and English

• Confidence, persuasion, and positive attitude towards sales targets

• Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a high call volume

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools or Excel is a plus

• Strong understanding of franchise or food and beverage industry will be an added advantage
