Position: Reservation Executive
Industry: Resort / Hospitality
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Experience: Relevant Resort/Hotel Reservation experience is mandatory

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Reservation Executive with hands-on experience in resort/hotel reservations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle room reservation inquiries through calls, emails and online channels.

• Manage new bookings, cancellations, amendments and confirmations.

• Coordinate with guests regarding room availability, rates and booking details.

• Maintain accurate reservation records and update the reservation system.

• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments for smooth guest arrivals.

• Handle guest queries related specifically to reservations.

• Follow up on tentative bookings and convert inquiries into confirmed reservations.

• Ensure accurate booking details, payment information and guest preferences.

• Maintain occupancy and reservation-related reports.

Candidate Requirements

• Relevant Resort/Hotel Reservation experience is mandatory.

• Candidates must have hands-on experience specifically in Reservations.

• Good communication and guest-handling skills.

• Knowledge of hotel/resort reservation procedures and systems.

• Candidates from general sales backgrounds without reservation experience will not be considered.

Salary

₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month, depending on relevant experience.
