Role:
We’re hiring a Regional Sales Manager to drive franchise onboarding through inside sales. The role includes engaging potential partners, understanding their business goals, and successfully onboarding them into our franchise network.
Responsibilities:
Connect with qualified leads and convert them into channel partners.
Manage the complete onboarding process — from first call to agreement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners.
Meet monthly franchise sales and onboarding targets.
Requirements:
Experience in franchise/B2B/inside sales preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Must be available for full-time office role (Andheri East, Mumbai).
Immediate joiners preferred.
BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) policy applicable.
