Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Field Sales Executive to identify and engage potential buyers for bank auction properties. The role involves on-ground sales, client interaction, and driving closures for auction-based real estate opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong networking skills, local market knowledge, and the ability to convert leads into successful deals.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with prospective buyers/investors for bank auction properties.
•
Conduct field visits, site showings, and client meetings.
•
Generate leads through market visits, brokers, and personal networks.
•
Explain property details, auction process, and documentation to clients.
•
Coordinate with internal teams for property listings, pricing, and legal documentation.
•
Assist clients throughout the auction and purchase process.
•
Maintain a database of leads, follow-ups, and closures.
•
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
•
1–4 years of experience in real estate / property sales.
•
Knowledge of bank auction properties / distressed assets is preferred.
•
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
•
Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the city.
•
Good understanding of local real estate market.
Preferred Profile:
•
Experience working with brokers, investors, or property consultants.
•
Existing network of buyers/investors will be an added advantage.
Compensation:
Fixed salary + attractive incentives on closures
