Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales team. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of the real estate market, outstanding leadership qualities, and a proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.

• Identify new business opportunities and market segments.

• Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management.

• Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation and promotional campaigns.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.

• 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Proven track record of achieving high-value sales targets.
