Job Title: Educational Counselor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Educational Counselor to guide and support students in selecting suitable courses and career paths. The candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective students, explaining course details, and converting inquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students regarding educational courses, career options, and training programs.

Handle walk-ins, phone calls, and online inquiries professionally.

Explain course structure, fees, duration, and career opportunities.

Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.

Maintain student records and admission documentation.

Coordinate with faculty and management for smooth student onboarding.

Organize seminars, workshops, and promotional activities.

Meet monthly admission targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education background preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good convincing and counseling skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.

Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

Minimum 1 year experience in counseling/education sales (preferred).
