Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and grow our Near Prime – Direct vertical through the Open Market/Connectors channel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing a network of connectors, and driving quality sourcing with a focus on a Return on Investment (ROI) of 10%. This role is best suited for high-performing professionals with a strong understanding of retail loan products and a proven track record in incentive-driven sales environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Target Achievement:
Achieve assigned disbursement and revenue targets from the Near Prime customer segment through the Direct Open Market channel.
Channel Development:
Build and manage a network of connectors, DSAs, and field executives to generate leads and drive business volumes.
Team Management:
Lead and guide a team of field sales executives; monitor performance, provide training, and ensure motivation through an incentive-driven culture.
Quality Sourcing:
Ensure sourcing of high-quality customer profiles to maintain an optimal ROI of 10% or better.
Market Intelligence:
Track competitor activities and provide feedback to the product and risk teams for continuous improvement.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure adherence to company policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines throughout the customer acquisition process.
Key Requirements:
Education: Graduate and above (Any discipline)
Experience: 1–3 years in sales (preferably in financial services or consumer loans)
& (Near Prime Segment, Home Loan, LAP & Mortgage)
Skills:
Strong communication and people management skills
Knowledge of retail finance products (PL, BL, consumer durable loans, etc.)
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive performance
Performance Metrics:
Monthly/Quarterly disbursement & revenue achievement
ROI management (Target: 10%+)
Number of active connectors
Incentive earners % in team
Quality of sourcing and delinquency ratios
