Role & Responsibilities

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential/commercial properties.
Schedule and conduct site visits and property presentations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Negotiate and close deals while achieving monthly sales targets.
Update customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor projects, and new launches.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Freshers with strong communication skills or candidates with 0–2 years of sales experience are welcome.
Experience in real estate sales will be an added advantage.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
