Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify new corporate, leisure, and event client opportunities in the market.

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients through consistent communication and follow-ups.

• Promote hotel and resort offerings — including stays, banquets, weddings, and corporate events — aligning them with client needs.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings and event deliveries.

• Monitor industry and local market trends to develop competitive sales strategies.

• Provide regular reports, feedback, and insights to the management team to support decision-making.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Post Graduate (Master’s Degree) with at least 5 years of proven experience in hospitality or service-based sales.

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management abilities.

• Customer-focused, proactive, and driven to deliver measurable business results.
