We are looking for a proactive and energetic Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals. Identify potential clients and generate new business leads
Present and promote Metablock’s tech services to prospective customers
Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions
Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare regular reports
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
0–2 years of experience in sales (IT or software sales preferred but not mandatory)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Basic understanding of IT services and digital technologies
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
Internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or business development
Understanding of blockchain, mobile apps, or digital marketing services
Comfortable with outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email marketing tools
Learn and grow in a high-impact sales role
