Promote astrology consultation services through calls, messages, and online platforms.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls to explain astrology plans and offers to potential customers.
Generate leads, follow up with interested clients, and convert inquiries into confirmed consultations.
Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with astrologers and the operations team to schedule consultations.
Maintain daily records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM/software.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales or telecalling (Astrology domain preferred).
Basic understanding or interest in astrology and spiritual services.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Computer proficiency (MS Excel, CRM tools).
Positive attitude, good listening skills, and a client-focused approach.
