Position: Counselor / Customer Support Executive

Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Handle student inquiries and guide them about our stock market courses

Provide counseling and support to prospective learners

Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions

Assist in client handling and after-enrollment support

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in counseling / customer support / sales

Energetic, positive, and target-oriented attitude
