Asco Motors is looking for a dedicated Sales Executive to handle lead calling, customer follow-ups, and service reminder calls. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales opportunities, maintaining customer relations, and ensuring timely communication regarding vehicle services.
Call and follow up with potential customers from lead databases.
Explain vehicle details, offers, and services over the phone.
Make service reminder calls to existing customers for vehicle maintenance or servicing.
Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups in Excel or CRM.
Coordinate with service and sales teams for smooth customer handling.
Handle basic showroom walk-in customers and assist in query resolution.
Meet the sales monthly target
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi and basic English.
Basic knowledge of Excel / CRM entry.
Should be polite, punctual, and customer-focused.
