We are looking for a friendly, confident, and well-organized Counsellor who can guide UPSC aspirants with basic counselling, queries, and course information. The role includes handling walk-ins, managing calls, and supporting students throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and group counselling to UPSC aspirants.

• Guide students on exam pattern, syllabus analysis, study planning, optional subject selection, and time management.

• Collaborate with faculty to create and curate UPSC-oriented academic content.

• Stay updated with UPSC notifications, exam trends, and syllabus/pattern changes.

• Maintain accurate student records and improve counselling workflows.
  

Eligibility & Experience

• Background in the education sector/ UPSC CSE / SSC counselling / UPSC aspirant role preferred.

• Strong understanding of the UPSC CSE exam structure and preparation strategy.

• Ability to communicate clearly with students and parents.

• Experience: minimum 6 months to maximum 1 year in UPSC counselling.

• Support the development of learning and training materials for aspirants.

• Work Type - Full-Time

• Work Mode - On-site
