Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Development Representative at InterG Services Pvt. Ltd. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, communication, sales, and business development activities to drive business growth and build strong client relationships.
Qualifications
Utilize provided client data to generate leads and identify potential sales opportunities
Contact prospective clients via phone, email, and other channels to introduce our products/services
Schedule appointments and meetings for the field sales team based on lead qualifications and availability
Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients and track progress in CRM system
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and successful deal closures
Experience in the background verification or related industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
