Role Overview:
We are looking for a performance-driven Financial Service Sales Associate responsible for acquiring new investors, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through ethical and consultative selling practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and acquire prospective investors through structured outreach
• Present and explain investment opportunities including Unlisted Shares and Pre-IPO offerings
• Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure high retention
• Achieve assigned monthly revenue and sales targets
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure regulatory compliance
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transaction processing
Required Skills & Competencies:
• Strong understanding of equity markets and investment fundamentals
• Knowledge of IPO, Pre-IPO, Unlisted Shares, and Demat processes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented with proven sales ability
• Professional conduct and ethical selling approach
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and CRM systems
Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate in Commerce/Finance preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in Financial Sales / Investment Advisory (preferred)
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
