Responsibilities:
- Manage emails, prioritize orders, and handle inquiries promptly.
- Coordinate orders, generate quotes, and oversee contract preparation.
- Communicate with buyers, handle queries, and follow up on feedback.
- Coordinate suppliers, ensure compliance, and manage administrative tasks.

- Experience in sales coordination & or back-office roles.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
