We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented International Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong industry knowledge, proficiency in Excel and Zoho, and experience in database management. The role involves supporting the sales team in managing international accounts, ensuring smooth communication between teams, and contributing to the overall sales process. Candidates with experience in the packaging industry are preferred, but individuals from other industries with the right skills will also be considered.
● International Sales Support: Coordinate with international clients and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of information, quotations, and order processing.
● Sales Reporting & Analysis: Generate and analyze sales reports using Excel and Zoho to track performance, identify trends, and forecast sales.
● Database Management: Maintain and update customer and sales databases, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all records.
● Client Communication: Handle client inquiries, provide product details, and offer support in resolving any sales-related issues.
● Order Processing & Follow-Up: Ensure that international orders are processed efficiently, from quotation to shipment, and track delivery status.
● Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and organize sales documents, invoices, and contracts as needed, ensuring compliance with international regulations. ● Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth execution of international sales orders.
● Strong understanding of sales operations and processes, particularly in international markets (experience in the packaging industry is a plus).
● Advanced knowledge of Excel for data analysis, reporting, and creating dashboards. Familiarity with Zoho CRM for sales coordination.
● Experience in maintaining large databases with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. ● Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with international clients and internal teams.
● Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work in a fast paced environment.
● High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing data and coordinating international orders.
● Ability to handle issues and resolve conflicts with clients and internal teams effectively.
