Maintain strong relationships with key vendors and resolve any disputes related to quality, pricing, or deliveries.
Evaluate supplier performance based on lead time, cost competitiveness, and product quality.
Compare supplier quotes and analyze landed cost, including duties and transport, to make procurement cost-efficient.
Maintain updated procurement logs and reports for internal audits and management review.
Enter POs and goods receipt details into ERP or inventory management systems (e.g., Tally, SAP, Zoho Inventory).
Ensure procurement records are accurate and up-to-date to support financial and production planning.
