About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated professional to join our team as an Outbound Travel Executive. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong background in sales, and solid operational knowledge in the outbound travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound tour inquiries from clients and agents.

• Design and customize international travel itineraries based on client preferences.

• Prepare quotations, confirm bookings, and manage all operational requirements.

• Maintain good relationships with overseas suppliers and partners.

• Achieve sales targets through efficient communication and follow-up.

• Ensure smooth coordination between clients, operations, and vendors.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in the outbound travel industry.

• Strong knowledge of destinations, itineraries, and international travel operations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven sales and negotiation skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage operations efficiently.

• Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
