Loan Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Actively identify and source a variety of loan options, including business loans, personal loans, and overdraft loan cases available within the market, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of customer needs.

- Strategically set and pursue ambitious sales revenue targets for each designated period, focusing on maximizing growth and profitability.

- Foster strong collaboration with the credit team to effectively address and resolve any queries related to login processes, the sanctioning of loans, and the disbursement of funds, enhancing the customer experience.

- Assume ownership of the periodic objectives for both customer acquisition and revenue generation, demonstrating a clear commitment to achieving set goals.

- Participate as a cohesive team member, promoting collaboration and communication to optimize the overall functioning and efficiency of the operational system.

- Proactively address and resolve customer queries to ensure smooth and efficient sanctioning and disbursement processes, thereby maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
