Job Description: Motor Insurance Advisor

Position: Motor Insurance Advisor
Department: Insurance Sales
Location: Kalkaji, New Delhi - 110019

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert them into motor insurance sales (new and renewal).

• Explain motor insurance policies, features, premium details, and claim processes to customers.

• Assist customers in selecting the right motor insurance plan based on their needs.

• Follow up with clients for renewals and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance, endorsements, and related queries.

• Maintain proper records of sales, customer details, and daily reporting.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduation preferred).

• Prior experience in motor/general insurance sales is an advantage.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM).

• Ability to explain insurance terms in simple language.
