Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at Dynamic Engineers (Dynamic Mart). The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

A Sales & Marketing Person drives revenue and brand growth by developing marketing campaigns, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing client relationships to meet sales targets. Key responsibilities include creating marketing materials, conducting market research, managing social media, negotiating deals, and tracking performance metrics

• Marketing & Brand Awareness: Develop and implement marketing strategies,, such as campaigns on social media, to increase brand awareness and product visibility.

• Sales & Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and work to achieve or exceed sales targets.

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Answer client queries, handle complaints, and maintain relationships with key accounts.

• Market Research & Analysis: Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor products to identify new opportunities.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives using tools like Google Analytics.

• Content & Promotion: Assist in creating marketing content and promotional materials.
