Responsibilities:-
• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals.

• Explain life, health, or general insurance products and their benefits.
• Recommend suitable insurance plans based on customer requirements.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Assist customers with policy documentation and application processes.
• Follow up on renewals, premium payments, and customer queries.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update the CRM regularly.
Requirements:-
• Minimum 3 months of experience in Insurance Sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Customer-focused with a target-driven mindset.
