Job Description – BPO Recruiter Requirement

Position: BPO Customer Support / Process Executive

Locations: Noida, Hyderabad, Thane, Mumbai, Chennai & Bangalore

Employment Type: Full-time | Work From Office

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries through Voice, Non-Voice, Email & Chat channels.

Provide accurate and timely resolution to customer concerns.

Handle international customers professionally.

For Sales/Outbound processes, make outbound calls and achieve assigned targets.

Maintain proper records of customer interactions and update the required systems.

Follow company policies, process guidelines and quality standards.

Meet daily/monthly performance and productivity targets.

Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.

Eligibility:

HSC / Undergraduate / Graduate candidates can apply.

Freshers and experienced candidates eligible as per process.

Good English communication skills preferred for international processes.

Comfortable working in rotational/multiple shifts.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary: Up to ₹6.5 LPA

Take-home: Up to ₹44,000+, depending on experience and process.

Benefits: Cab/transport facility available for selected processes.
