Job Title: Franchise Sales Manager – Water Bottling
We are looking for an experienced Franchise Sales Manager with a strong background in the water bottling industry. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in franchise/business development within the packaged drinking water or bottled water sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new franchise opportunities.
Generate leads and convert them into successful franchise partners.
Manage the complete franchise sales process from inquiry to onboarding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees.
Achieve monthly and annual franchise sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth franchise setup and support.
Requirements:
3–7 years of experience in franchise sales, specifically in the water bottling/packaged drinking water industry.
Strong network and market knowledge in the water bottling sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
Willingness to travel as required.
