We are looking for a Academic Counsellor to join our team at SHIKSHA NATION . This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹35,000 - ₹45,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage in new business opportunities through various channels.
Present, promote, and sell products or services to potential customers effectively.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth execution of the sales process.

Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Lead Generation,Convincing Skills,Cold Calling,inside sales,admission,counselling,outbound and inbound,good communication is an added advantage.

Requirements
Minimum 1-4 years of experience including 6 months - 1 year in EdTech sales experience (with at least 1 year in the same company).
Graduate degree mandatory.
Willingness to work 6 days a week.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
Fluent English Communication skills are mandatory
