Team Lead Inside Sales

Position Overview
We are looking for energetic and result-oriented professionals for the role of Team Lead - Digital Consultant. The candidate will be responsible for managing outbound sales activities, conducting virtual meetings, presenting subscription plans, and explaining Gonukkad.com services through online presentations and demonstrations.
Your Role at Large
• Lead and manage inside sales executives for outbound sales activities. • Conduct daily team meetings and performance discussions. • Connect with potential business clients through outbound calling and lead-based calling. • Conduct video meetings and online product presentations. • Explain Gonukkad.com services and subscription plans to prospective customers. • Ensure team productivity, lead management, and target achievement. • Build strong customer relationships using a consultative sales approach. • Handle escalations and support team members in closures.
