Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-oriented Business Development Executives to join our growing team. The selected candidates will play a vital role in expanding the foundation’s reach by identifying potential donors, CSR partners, and fundraising opportunities, while also promoting our ongoing projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential corporate partners for CSR collaborations and funding support.

• Research and maintain a database of prospective donors, sponsors, and CSR heads.

• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and partnership decks.

• Coordinate with NGOs, corporates, and institutions for joint programs and events.

• Support fundraising campaigns, donor engagement, and awareness initiatives.

• Meet weekly/monthly targets related to outreach and funding goals.

• Collaborate with internal teams for report preparation, project documentation, and event execution.

• Represent the organization in meetings, social events, and CSR networking forums.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+2, Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Social Work, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi; regional language is a plus).

• Passion for social impact, CSR, and community development.

• Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.

• Prior experience in fundraising, NGO partnerships, or corporate sales will be an added advantage.
