We are currently hiring for the Retention and E-Channel (Digital Sales) team for one of our valued clients in the insurance sector.
Job Role: Retention and E-Channel (Digital Sales)
The role involves engaging with customers through outbound calls to promote product renewals and digital sales. You’ll be responsible for building customer relationships, understanding their needs, and driving successful conversions through effective communication and persuasion.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers for renewals and digital sales.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions to retain or upsell products.
Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience throughout the process.
Maintain accurate call records and daily reports.
Work towards achieving assigned sales and retention targets.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Prior experience in outbound sales or retention is mandatory for experienced candidates.
Relevant experience letter is required for experienced profiles.
Must be a graduate (any stream).
Experience: 0–2 years
Compensation Details
Graduate Freshers / Graduates
💰 In-hand: ₹16,400 per month
📊 CTC: ₹2.55 LPA
Experienced Candidates
• 6 months – 1 year experience
📈 30% hike on last drawn salary
💰 Maximum CTC: ₹3.15 LPA
💵 In-hand: ₹22,000 per month
• More than 1 year experience
📈 30% hike on last drawn salary
💰 Maximum CTC: ₹3.79 LPA
💵 In-hand: ₹27,000 per month
Work Details
🕘 Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Rotational Shifts)
🗓️ Work Days: 5 days a week (2 rotational week-offs; weekends not fixed)
💼 Job Type: Full-time, On-site.
