Job Summary
Shree Swami Samarth Finance is looking for a result-oriented Pre Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will identify potential clients, assess their financial needs, and provide the best-suited loan products—including Personal, Business, Home, and Used Car Loans.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Proactively identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, professional networking, and social media platforms.
Client Consultation: Evaluate customer creditworthiness and guide them through eligible loan options and interest structures.
Documentation Support: Assist clients in collecting and verifying essential documents (KYC, income proof, etc.) to ensure a seamless application process.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage long-term loyalty and referrals.
Reporting: Keep accurate records of all sales activities and provide daily/weekly progress updates to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 1–2 years in Banking or Financial Services (Freshers with exceptional communication skills are welcome).
Knowledge: Basic understanding of banking procedures and diverse loan products.
Language: Fluency in Hindi and Marathi is required; basic English is a plus.
Attributes: Strong negotiation skills, a self-motivated attitude, and the ability to meet monthly targets.
