Job Title: Telesales Executive – Healthcare Line
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telesales Executive to join our healthcare team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining healthcare products or services, and converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers in the healthcare sector.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and confidently.
Follow up on leads and maintain customer databases.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during calls.
Requirements:
Minimum 01 year–04 year of experience in telesales (healthcare or similar field preferred).
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Fluency in Hindi and English.
Education:
Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
Salary:
20k to 25k
