Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telesales / Customer Support Executive to join our team. The person will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer queries, explaining products or services, and maintaining good customer relationships to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.

Explain company products and services clearly and persuasively.

Follow up on leads and maintain a database of customer interactions.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales or support targets.

Update CRM or call records accurately.

Coordinate with the sales and service team for smooth operations.

Required Skills:

Good communication and listening skills (in English and Hindi).

Confident, polite, and customer-friendly approach.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry).

Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualification & Experience:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.

Experience: 1–4 years in telesales or customer support.

Salary:

20k to 25k
