Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations of the centre to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery.

• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.

• Monitor facility maintenance, cleanliness, and safety compliance.

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for operational support.

2. Financial Management

• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

• Monitor revenue and expenses to meet financial targets.

• Implement cost-control measures and optimize resource utilization.

3. Business Development & Marketing

• Drive centre growth through marketing, community engagement, and partnerships.

• Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to increase enrolments/sales.

• Track performance metrics and report progress to senior management.

4. Customer Service

• Ensure excellent customer experience and resolve client complaints promptly.

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

• Gather feedback and implement service improvements.

5. Staff Management

• Recruit, train, and supervise centre staff.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for professional development.

• Foster a positive and productive work environment.

6. Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and local regulations.

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.

• Submit regular operational and performance reports to management.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• 3–7 years of experience in centre or operations management (experience may vary by industry).

• Proven track record of managing teams and achieving performance goals.
