JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE:Telecalling

JOB TIMMINGS: 9-6:30

WORKING DAYS: Mon-Sat

Product : INSURANCE LEAD SALE

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Build and improve relationships with Insurance Agencies, key suppliers and partners.

2. Review company practices to ensure clients get maximum satisfaction from their purchases.

3. Identify potential opportunities and inform the sales team to follow up.

4. Educate and inform clients about the company’s products, services and special offers.

5. Attend to client complaints and resolve issues promptly.

6. Work with internal departments to ensure the company meets clients’ expectations
