We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve financial targets.
Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase sales.
Manage the sales pipeline and forecast revenue on a regular basis.
Identify new business opportunities and manage key customer relationships.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to optimize sales efforts.
Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and competitor activity.
Coach and develop team members through regular feedback and performance reviews.
Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.
Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
