Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive sales growth for Airtel Enterprise Solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT, Telecom, or Enterprise Sales and possess strong lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, social media platforms, networking, cold calling, and outbound outreach.
Promote and sell Airtel Enterprise Solutions including:
Cloud Services
SaaS Solutions
CPaaS Services
Data Center Solutions
Connectivity Services
SD-WAN Solutions
Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct product demonstrations, sales presentations, and client meetings.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Maintain and update sales pipeline, customer records, and activity reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and service delivery.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Sales, Telecom Sales, Enterprise Sales, or B2B Sales.
Strong understanding of Cloud, SaaS, Data Center, Connectivity, and SD-WAN solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools.
Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting.
Strong analytical, prospecting, and business development abilities.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
