Job Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Sales
Identify and target potential customers (residential, commercial, and industrial).
Develop relationships with local businesses, housing societies, and corporate clients.
Conduct cold calls, door-to-door visits, and follow-ups to generate leads.
Client Consultation & Solution Selling
Educate customers about solar energy benefits and cost savings.
Assess customer energy requirements and propose suitable solar solutions.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Market Expansion & Strategy
Develop strategic plans to increase sales in Bareilly and nearby regions.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
Keep track of competitor activities and market trends.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Address customer queries and concerns efficiently.
Ensure post-sales support, including installation coordination and customer feedback.
Coordination & Reporting
Collaborate with the technical and installation teams for smooth project execution.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, targets, and forecasts.
Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and awareness campaigns.
Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in solar or energy solutions.
Skills:Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and result-oriented.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
Other:Willingness to travel within Bareilly and nearby areas.
Own vehicle preferred.
