Business Development Executive

Job Description:

Flexsin Technologies is looking out for BCA/B.Tech/MBA/MCA freshers for the role of Business Development Trainees. This role will focus on building the career of beginners, where they will get trained in Business Development in different technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Can acquire new business opportunities through bidding platforms.

• Promoting Digital Marketing services to clients worldwide.

• Crafting comprehensive proposals to the clients.

• Gathering and analyzing project business requirements, then effectively conveying this knowledge to the development team.

• Engaging in negotiations with project stakeholders.

• Nurturing and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

• Hold a graduate degree, with a strong emphasis on technical expertise.

• Show exceptional inclination in software development or business development.

• Demonstrate outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.

• Showcase the ability to work autonomously and proactively, even in situations of uncertainty.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Candidate should have bachelor’s/ Master's degree in any Business stream.

• Excellent verbal and written communication for client interactions and proposal presentations.

• Good understanding of sales techniques.

• Capability to analyse market data and client needs, with strong problem-solving skills.

• Effective time management and attention to detail for handling multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Ability to adjust to changing market conditions and client requirements; eagerness to learn and stay updated with industry trends.

• Experience working in a team environment, contributing to collective goals, and supporting colleagues.
