🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for a hungry, high-energy Business Development Executive who can drive revenue, build relationships, and close deals. This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow fast in sales, startups, and the EdTech ecosystem.

🔥 Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and events

• Counsel students and parents on our programs (digital skills, career courses)

• Convert leads into paid enrollments

• Maintain and update CRM with daily activities

• Build partnerships with schools, colleges, and institutions

• Follow up with prospects and nurture long-term relationships

• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets

💡 Who Should Apply

• Strong communication skills (Hindi + basic English)

• Confident, persuasive, and target-driven mindset

• Passion for sales, startups, and personal growth

• Freshers with strong attitude are welcome

• Prior experience in sales/EdTech is a plus

💰 Compensation

• Fixed Salary + High Incentives (performance-based)
