We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team at Ananta Resource Management.
This role focuses on acquiring new clients, driving business growth, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The candidate will handle lead engagement, course pitching, and conversions while ensuring client satisfaction.
Salary: ₹25000 – ₹40000 per month
Location: Remote / Work from Home
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential clients through social media, website, and referrals.
Pitch relevant courses, explain USPs, and convert inquiries into enrollments.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
Manage and track leads using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups.
Build long-term relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience in sales or business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
Familiarity with CRM, lead management, and sales automation tools.
Awareness of SEO, digital ads, and inbound marketing is an added advantage.
