· Engage with customers who respond to company marketing and lead-generation campaigns
· Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable loan products (Personal Loan, Home Loan, Auto Loan, Loan Against Property, Business Loan, etc.)
· Clearly explain loan features including interest rates, tenure, EMI structure, eligibility, and documentation requirements
· Assist customers through the end-to-end loan application and approval process
· Close loan disbursements and achieve assigned sales targets
· Ensure accurate documentation, verification, and coordination for timely disbursal
· Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams for smooth processing and customer support
· Prior experience in loans, banking, NBFCs, or financial sales is preferred
· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
· Ability to understand customer profiles and match them with suitable loan solutions
· Customer-focused approach with a result-driven mindset
