Job Summary:
The Admission Counselor will be responsible for handling international student inquiries, guiding prospective applicants, and supporting them through the admission lifecycle for Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctorate programs. The role requires strong communication skills, sales orientation, and the ability to manage global leads professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, emails, and chats from international students.

• Provide accurate information regarding programs, eligibility, documentation, fees, and admission procedures.

• Counsel students on suitable courses based on their profile and career goals.

• Manage end-to-end admission processes, including application assistance, form filling, and follow-ups.

• Maintain lead data, update CRM systems, and ensure timely follow-up for higher conversion.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission and revenue targets.

• Coordinate with academic teams and international universities as required.

• Deliver high-quality customer service to enhance student satisfaction and trust.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Master’s preferred).

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in admissions, student counseling, or international education sales.

• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English).

• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Ability to work with global time zones and diverse student backgrounds.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
