Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused Admission Counselor to join our admissions team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students and parents, guiding them through the admission process, and helping them make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries

• Counsel students and parents on school curriculum, facilities, and admission process

• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions

• Schedule and conduct campus tours or online counseling sessions

• Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in CRM/system

• Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams during the enrollment process

• Participate in school events, open houses, and admission campaigns

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred: Education, Psychology, Marketing)

• 1–3 years of experience in student counseling, sales, or customer service

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluent in English and local language

• Confident, enthusiastic, and persuasive personality

• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office is an added advantage
