We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Educational Admission Counselor to guide prospective students in choosing career-oriented programs such as Data Analytics, Data Science, Accounting, Software Development, Web Development, and Full Stack Development. The role involves front desk counseling, telephonic guidance, and online communication to provide students and parents with accurate information about courses, career opportunities, and the admission process.
Act as the first point of contact for walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online queries regarding admission.
Counsel students and parents on program details, career prospects, and course benefits.
Assess student needs and recommend suitable courses (Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Software & Web Development, Full Stack, etc.).
Provide accurate information about admission requirements, fees, and course structures.
Assist students in the end-to-end admission process: registration, documentation, and fee submission.
Maintain student records and ensure data accuracy in CRM or MIS systems.
Follow up with prospective leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp until conversion.
Handle front desk queries and provide excellent student/parent experience.
Respond promptly to phone inquiries and schedule counseling sessions.
Organize and participate in admission events, seminars, or webinars.
Achieve enrollment targets by converting leads into admissions.
Maintain a pipeline of leads and track progress through regular follow-ups.
Support marketing campaigns by promoting courses through tele-counseling.
Work closely with faculty and academic teams to stay updated on curriculum and career outcomes.
Provide feedback to the marketing team about student needs and preferences.
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline; preference for candidates with education/management background).
Prior experience in admission counseling/education sales/academic advising is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English proficiency).
Good telephone etiquette and ability to handle student/parent queries with patience.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, or ERP software).
Target-oriented mindset with ability to work under pressure.
