Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling domestic and international travel packages, assisting clients with customised travel planning and Itineraries as per client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell domestic and international travel packages to customers.
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and respond to travel inquiries.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel packages.
Prepare customized travel itineraries and quotations.
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and other travel vendors for bookings.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain customer database and follow up with leads.
Handle client complaints and provide quick resolutions.
Keep updated with travel trends, destinations, and packages.
