Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents about courses, programs, eligibility, and career outcomes

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, leads, and walk-ins

• Understand student needs and recommend suitable academic programs

• Explain course structure, fees, batch schedules, and learning outcomes

• Convert leads into enrollments while maintaining ethical counseling standards

• Follow up with interested students until closure

• Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM or internal systems

• Coordinate with trainers, operations, and admission teams

• Address student queries, concerns, and post-admission support

• Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / Post-graduate in any discipline

• 1–3 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions, or EdTech sales (freshers can apply if strong communicators)

• Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi; regional language is a plus)

• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

• Ability to work with targets and deadlines
