Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused Academic Counselor to guide prospective students in selecting suitable courses and career paths. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, programs, and career opportunities.

• Understand student needs and recommend suitable academic programs.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.

• Maintain follow-ups with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.

• Provide detailed information about admission procedures, eligibility, and fee structure.

• Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education background preferred).

• 0–4 years of experience in academic counseling, education sales, or related field.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in EdTech, coaching institutes, or higher education institutions.

• Multilingual communication skills (preferred but not mandatory).
